ACTION ITEM LISTS FOR  JULY 29, 2009 MEETING 
 

Dan Kelly:

• follow up with Notch Above Auto about sponsorship

• check puppy class calendar for August 6^th (is it ok for equipment distribution at 6pm)

• contact Main Street Pizza in regards to fundraiser table this Sunday- ask for more notice in the future.

• contact Jayne about Cheer Program 

Angel Parkin:

• contact Jodi Kelly in regards to pictures for the calendar

• get together with Dick Bolander in regards to 60 day projected expenses

• copies of information that was handed out to Darlene Sanborn (done) 
 

Darlene Sanborn:

• obtain copies of information already given to parents from Angel (done)

• PPK event publicity to JO, Bridge Weekly and WYKR; run for two weeks; website

• create Bear Ridge informational handout with the Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem by Aug 4 – distribute at football camp and place on the website

• invite Dirk Ussler to attend next meeting to discuss website changes

• create two files for sending information out..one just board members and another for others interested in receiving information. (done) 
 

Dick Bolander:

• e-mail PPK flyer and registration to the Coaches

• ask head coaches to find 1 or 2 assistant coaches to assist with the PPK competition and equipment bagging

• e-mail PPK publicity information to Darlene Sanborn

• meet with Angel Parkin in regards to 60 day projected expenses (ref's, ambulance, etc)

• e-mail and/or distribute the 5013c # to board members

• update Darlene Sanborn with calendar of events 

Don Rushing:

• obtain Shaw's Community Rewards pamphlets
